Rushty Crockies: Handwritten Display Goofy

Product Detail

Rushty Crockies font is a quirky handwritten display font with the goofy charm of a hand-cut sticker sheet. Fat, wobbly letters squeeze together in joyful clumps, giving every headline a playful, slightly mischievous voice that is hard to ignore.

The letterforms are chunky and irregular, with soft corners and tiny dips and bumps in each edge that make them look cut or painted by hand. Capitals and lowercase share one heavy, all-caps-leaning look, so mixed-case words can swap tall and short forms for a lively, bouncing rhythm. Letters tuck into each other and overlap, as in the “C” cradling the “R” and the “K” stretching into the next letter. The preview lists 575 glyphs and over 100 ligatures, so repeated letters and common pairs can be swapped for custom-looking variations.

Rushty Crockies suits food and drink packaging, kids’ brands, posters, stickers, quote graphics and social media covers. Set it large, pair it with bright color, and download it for your next project.

Key Design Characteristics:

• Fat, chunky strokes: Heavy shapes with rounded corners give each letter a bold, friendly weight.
• Wobbly, hand-cut edges: Slightly uneven outlines add a handmade, imperfect charm.
• Bouncy mixed-case rhythm: Tall and short letter forms alternate within a word for a lively, playful skyline.
• Tight, overlapping spacing: Letters nestle into one another, so words read as compact, graphic blocks.
• 100+ ligatures: Joined letter pairs build in a custom-lettered look, with no manual redrawing.
• Alternates included: Extra letter variants reduce repetition across longer lines.
• 575 glyphs: A large character set covers numerals, punctuation and extended characters in the same style.
• Display-size legibility: The dense, quirky shapes read best at headline sizes rather than in small text.
